Ok Grip: Make the "OK" signal with your thumb and index finger. This is the basic hand form in which you will be performing your jelqing exercises.

 Milking: Also known as jelqing or stroking. Use your fingers to slowly stroke up and down your penile shaft.

Flaccid: The non-erect state of the penis

**Note**

You want to be able to complete at least 3 sets of each exercise. Your morning jelqing session should be approximately 20 minutes. You can do this in or out of the shower.
 

1)    The Manual Stroke: Hold the penile gland (the head) of your penis in a flaccid state and stretch it straight outwards. Slowly milk your shaft using two fingers in slow motions, back and forth. Repeat this exercise 10 times.


2)  The
Reverse Jelq: In a flaccid state, use your left hand to hold the base of your penis. Using a reverse grip with your right hand, grab your penis helmet and extend it outwards. When it is fully extended, use your right hand to milk your penis up and down. Repeat these motions. 
 

3)    The Sous-Stroke: Hold the head of your penis and extend it down towards the floor while in flaccid state. Using your thumb, milk your shaft downwards towards in the same direction. Do this back and forth. Repeat these exercises 10 times.

4)   The Towel Jelq : Using a warm wet towel (this should come with your jelqing kit) , use the towel to hold your flaccid penis and begin stretch your penis straight upwards and then jelq to both sides. Once you have completed your first set, hold the base of your penis using the OK grip and make it hit the side of your body. This allows the blood to circulate easier back through the penis.


5)   
The Side Jelq: Hold the head of your flaccid penis and jelq it to the side. Slowly stroke using two fingers in the side directions; left and right. Repeat these exercises 3 times each.
