Erectile Dysfunction Treatment
Erectile Dysfunction Treatment can be accomplished in various ways, and is entirely dependant on the ED cause, and the appropriate diagnosis. If a hormone imbalance is diagnosed, then testosterone supplements may be used to help as a way of hormone replacement therapy. However in most cases the reason for ED is due to insufficient blood flow into the penis.
Treatments in general (except for the aforementioned testosterone treatment) are all based on achieving temporary results, which enable the recipient to achieve and maintain an erection. This does not however solve the underlying causes of erectile dysfunction.
Penis pumps can be used to temporarily to increase blood flow in the penis and when a cock ring is inserted around the base of the shaft, can sustain an erection. However there are dangers with penis pumps, and that includes overzealous pumping, and damage around the pubic bone as the tube pushes inwards on the genitals.
Certain pills can be taken which increase the Nitrous Oxide (NO), which dilates blood vessels allowing more blood to flow freely. Sinrex is a unique 2-in-1 system where specific ingredients are meant to release NO in order for the male to achieve and sustain an erection during intercourse. In addition its all natural selection of ingredients ensures that nothing harmful or questionable is being ingested for the purposes of maintaining an erection.
In cases of dire circumstances, the penis may go under the knife and have inflatable penile implants inserted. These however remove much of the tissue of the penis and are irreversible. Penis implants may also be of a semi-malleable silicon type material that is inserted into the shaft, and does not impact ejaculation. Penis implants have been surgically implanted since the 70’s.
